Our home is Savoy, Christiana P.O., Manchester, Jamaica W.I., a quiet community in the cool central highlands where rich red soil, steady rainfall, and breeze-cooled mornings make for some of the island's finest growing conditions. Christiana sits at over two thousand five hundred feet above sea level, surrounded by hills planted in coffee, citrus, ground provisions, and herbs. Working in this landscape shapes everything we do, from the seasons we honor to the neighbors who help us tend, harvest, and share what the land gives back to us each year.
